Blue Sky Properties is one of Central Florida’s largest volume and most experienced suppliers of residential and multi-family investment properties.
We supply investors properties at well-below retail market values… typically 30% to 50% below. Yes, most of these properties need work, however, that’s where the significant capture of equity and the greatest discounts occur.

We are investors. We know what constitutes a “solid deal”. We are not Realtors listing properties for commissions. Just like you, most likely, we are out there in the trenches daily dealing with contractors, tenants, lenders, buyers & sellers.

I believe in hard work, mastery of my industry niche and in serving others with integrity and transparency. I renovate and resell properties for my own account and have been doing so since 1994 so I know what is required for a successful, retail quick-turn project. Having owned and managed residential and multi-familys’, I also understand the needs and requirements of the landlord and investor buying for an ROI.

He has first-hand experience in commercial and residential properties, renovations, rentals, lease-options, and wholesaling. His latest endeavor is the development, construction and sale of a new condominium project on Atlantic Avenue in Daytona Beach Shores. (Update: Now complete.)
Greg enjoys fishing, motorcycling, bicycling, traveling, boy scouting & camping and all watersports, and most of all, spending time with his family. He lives with his wife and 2 children in Heathrow, FL.
